1, To enrich the leisure time of students ,the University has established many interesting activities .These scheduled activities and festivals are open to every student ,and all students are welcome to join in the activities .

2, Students may participate in sporting activities and other leisure time activities as long as such activities do not interfere with the scheduled classes ,teaching requirements or the established living routine .

3, Any student who want to organize an off campus excursion, or attend a sports event outside the University proper ,must obtain permission from the university .

4, Any social gathering or celebration the students want to conduct will require the permission of the university .The location of the gathering and the commencing and ending times should be give to the university prior to the gathering .The gathering will not continue beyond the allotted time .In the event that the gathering in an inappropriate manner or that there is any activity detrimental to the social ,moral or political interests of China or other countries ,then those involve will be punished .

5, Students needing to travel to their university home or other location outside of China must submit a request to the .The written request must contain the following information:reason for the travel ,the destination ,the intended route, and the timeline (date of departure and date of return).This request must be submitted to the office of international exchange and cooperation one week prior to the intended departure date .If a student has difficulties in returning to the University on the intended return date they must inform the University .

6, Any religious proselytizing is not allowed on the campus ,nor is any unauthorized religious activity in public permitted .

7, Students who attend and activities need to take the student ID card and obey rules of the activity .

8, Students are not permitted to swim in unsupervised locations such as ponds or lakes which have no lifesaving facilities .
